We have a 20,000 s.f air-conditioned warehouse in Woburn, MA, with expansion plans in place. With this, we are able to stock a huge amount of inventory and maintain the best quality control. Management
Dave Nash
Dave Nash is the founder and President of OEM Connect. He started the company in 2001 after 25 years in the business at Xerox Corporation, Ricoh Corporation and Sharp Corporation. After leaving Xerox, Dave saw an opportunity in the market for low-cost ink and toner supplies which prompted him to start OEM Connect. He is responsible for growing the company from just two employees in 2001 to 15 employees and growing in 2009. Completely dedicated to customer satisfaction and retention, Daveâs business motto can be summed up by this quote from Joseph C. Bill Coffill
As the Business Manager for OEM Connect since 2006, Bill Coffill is responsible for all administrative functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and 401K management. Bill also supports the sales and purchasing staffs by assisting with research when necessary. Prior to joining OEM Connect, Bill was with Good Impressions, Inc. and Monroe Stationers for a total of 25 years. Without Billâs scrupulous attention to detail and keen expertise with the latest technology, OEM Connect would not be the efficiently operating company that it is. Doug McCarthy
As the Vice President of Purchasing and Sales at OEM Connect, Doug McCarthy relies on his 24 years of experience to oversee both the sales and purchasing sides of the business, as well as handle major account sales. Before starting at OEM Connect in 2005, Doug worked at Blake & Rehban Office Supply, Boise Cascade and New England Office Supply. Alan Mahar
Vice President of Sales and Marketing Alan Mahar is the newest member of the team at OEM Connect, hired in July, 2009. Not new to the industry though; Alan has been working since 1977 primarily as an independent manufacturers representative for companies such as Nashua Corp., GBC, Imation and Safco. Alan is instrumental in building and maintaining client relationships, including creating and implementing incentive programs and identifying new markets and distribution channels for buying and selling inventory. Lars Lemstrom
Lars Lemstrom joined OEM Connect in 2005 as the E-Commerce Manager. In this role, Lars is responsible for selling inventory through online channels such as eBay. Lars has been serving the public in a sales or customer service capacity since 1978. This tremendous experience, coupled with his desire to always exceed customer expectations, has helped him to transition successfully from traditional sales to the unique challenges of e-commerce. Charlie Smerage
Although Charlie Smerage's title is Purchasing Manager, he often straddles both sides of the fence, working primarily on purchasing, but also handling a 
few select sales accounts. Make that three sides of the fence, since Charlie, with his technical expertise, also serves as Quality Control for incoming inventory. Charlie joined OEM Connect in 2002, and before that spent 27 years as a Field Engineer for Xerox Corp. In his role as Purchasing Manager for OEM Connect, Mark Fleming works with a wide range of U.S. companies of all sizes, helping them to find solutions to their excess inventory issues. He provides full-service solutions, including handling all shipping arangements for his customers. Mark has been with OEM
