How do I get started?

1. Provide your contact information so we can provide prompt service.

2. Provide a list of all the Genuine OEM Brand name products you are looking to sell.

Such as Toner, Developer, Drums, Maintenance kits, Fuser Units, Inks (2013 or newer), Fuser Oil, Copy Cartridges, Binding Tape, Staples, and wide format supplies.

3. The inventory list must include the following information:

  • Genuine OEM Brand Name (Original Equipment Manufacturer Name)
  • Product code/Reorder number
  • Description
  • Box condition i.e. Factory sealed, Opened (product sealed?), Damaged, writing on outside of box. **This information is very important; some conditions can affect the value of the quote
  • Quantity

How do I arrange for shipping?

  • OEM Connect always pay for the shipping to our warehouse
  • OEM Connect will provide all the shipping documents (UPS Label/BOL/Pallet Label) and arrange pickup if required

You will need to provide the following packing details:

  • UPS Ground; Total number of packed boxes, weight and dimensions of each box
  • UPS Freight; Total number of skids and Total weight. *Skid height cannot exceed 6 feet

How do I get paid?

1. OEM Connect can provide payment upfront with two options, PayPal or AMEX credit card. 2. OEM Connect can pay with a company check upon receipt, inspection and reconciliation of product. Terms Net 5.
